Register for Midwest PETS

Before you register, please read this helpful info!

Registering for PETS is done through the DACdb event registration system. This allows existing users to register with their information already loaded, making the registration process nice and easy!

To give yourself the best registration experience and to save our volunteers some time, do this before registering:

Option 1 – Personal Link for Presidents-Elect (Preferred):

• Check your email for your personalized link to register.
  • The email will come from Midwest PETS Registrar, Linda Yates.
  • It may be helpful to check your spam folder too!
  • Using your personalized link is the quickest/easiest process for all involved, but if you don’t have one use the link below.

Option 2 – Standard Registration:

• If you’re a President-Nominee, secretary, special guest, or the Midwest PETS Registrar has given you instruction to use the standard registration, please use the link below to do so and log in as a member, or register as a guest.

Hotel Room Reservation

Please make sure you register for the hotel at: Book your group rate for Midwest PETS 2025 Conference. Note that you must change the arrival & departure dates before hitting “check availability”. February 12 is the deadline for our room block. Once it is closed, you can call the Westin Chicago Northwest directly at 630-773-4000 for a reservation, but you will have to pay the current room rate.
